(j). The exact boundaries of the lot to be determined
before the issue of the Crown lease and premium and
Crown rent to be then adjusted in accordance with the
area and rates at which the lot was granted.
The other owners are, I understand, willing to accept exactly
similar terms.

As my proposals involve a departure from the
usual procedure of disposing of Crown lands only by auction,
your approval is necessary.
